Does Link 6 of the product lineup include a water hose?

2. Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DECA gear. We happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that the items are unused, uninstalled, and remain securely in their original packaging.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

For standard returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong specification, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us with a few photos, and we will gladly cover all shipping costs to fix the mistake and send a replacement.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our facility and passes quality inspection, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
