We happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that the item is unused, uninstalled, and remains securely in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return If you need to make a return, simply reach out to our support team at info@deca-cleaning.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return so we can assist you better. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach a few photos—this helps our team fast-track your request and resolve it immediately.
The Process Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will send you a notification regarding the approval status of your refund. If everything looks good, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method.
A Note on Shipping Costs Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is a result of our error—such as receiving a defective or incorrect item—we will gladly cover all shipping costs to fix our mistake.
